Need work done on your vehicle? Do yourself a favor go elsewhere. Had I known beforehand, I would've gone to a different shop for the work needed. Again, I would NOT recommend this shop for repairs. Appointments do not matter I arrived 15 minutes early to my 9 o'clock appointment, the vehicle did not enter the garage until 10:17 the technician didn't start working on it till 10:20. I have been using Charlotte County Ford (Don Gasgarth) for the past 10+ years and have purchased every vehicle since I moved to Florida from them. The recent servicing of my F-150 was well done in a r for the past 10+ years and have purchased every vehicle since I moved to Florida from them. The recent servicing of my F-150 was well done in a reasonable time. Difference from Don Gasgarth dealership that struck me was the service waiting area is much less "comfortable" with Jarrett Ford. There was nothing to read except a few Ford brochures, no current magazines and not even a local Charlotte County newspaper. Also no early morning treats like donuts that were always there before. Even the sales show room had nothing but two $100,000+ mustangs to look at. More

The minute you walk in the door, you felt that all your needs and concerns will be handled. Everyone greeted me and offered me something to drink. The Salesman Bob, he is WONDERFUL! I went back and met with Brooke. She helped me with the features in the vehicle. She's great! Hopefully in 6 years, when I'm ready for new vehicle, I'll be returning to Jarrett Ford of Port Charlotte. I can't say enough about my overall experience. The whole team helped me tremendously with my unique situation. This is the dealership to go to for a hassle free buying experience. Also knowing that that they genuinely care about helping you.
