Good Communication throughout the process as we Custom ordered our new car. Barry Joubert was a good salesperson and we agreed upon a deal. He is not the issue at this dealership. The Sales Manager is the problem. Sales manager tanked the deal in the middle of preparation for Hurricane Milton. Jacked up price by $5K. xxxxxxx sales manager reneged on a deal we had made last week. I sent in credit application and told them I was waiting on my Progressive check since my car flooded out during Helene. I am literally boarding up my windows for the Milton hurricane that is coming and he's trying to pull a fast one on me. Luckily I checked the numbers before signing anything. This xxxxxxx sales manager jacked up the price on me today (10/7) by $5K. We agreed on Friday (10/4) that Barry was going to close the deal on Friday (10/11). I have all this in email communication. Do not deal with this scummy dealership trying to take advantage of people who has to deal with Hurricane issues. More

I appreciated the dealership’s straightforward manner in assessing the value of my trade. Victor stayed after closing hours to make sure I completely understood how my new vehicle operated. All in all a good experience. I’ve come to this dealership for the past 8 years to have my previous vehicle service and the excellent treatment I’ve received there further support my choice to deal with Jarrett in purchasing my new vehicle. One additional item needs mentioning. I wanted to purchase a bed liner plus a few other items to protect my truck. Nathan, in the parts department, provided me excellent help. He was knowledgeable and friendly in getting the items I needed. Bottom line, Jarrett Charlotte County Ford is a first class dealership. More
When dealing with this dealership, beware of the “fake fee” line items. We were told that we had to pay $299 for window tinting because they tint the windows of EVERY car on their lot …LOL. When we finally agreed upon a price they all of a sudden could not find their gas card to fill up the tank, we literally had to drive our new car across the street to fill it up so we could drive home, would not recommend More
I have nothing but good things to say about the sales dept and the deal I got purchasing a new truck back in 2022. With that being said the service dept is a whole different situation. It seems that they lack the knowledgeable tech experience to be able to make a repair the first time without me having to come back in again & again. All the repairs have been under warranty and should have been corrected the very firt time, everytime. But the biggest issue I have is with a certain service advisor by the name of DIrk Dunham. I recently had the misfortune having to have hime as my service advisor for a warranty repair. fromt the first phone call through the entire process he was the most rude, arrogant, condescending, inconsiderate, xxxxxx of a person that I have ever dealt with in the service repair industry. I actually work in the same business, for over 25 years now. As a service mang myself, I would have fired him on the spot for the way he treated me and I can only assume every customer he encounters. It is a true disappoint that Charlotte County Ford still has him an employee. More
I had a problem with my 2022 Escape hybrid. I was out of town and had a dead battery. Called My Ford roadside assistant, they came out and jumped the battery. They left and I left. As I was driving my car would barely get over 45 mph and I had three messages that I needed service. I called Jarrett Ford and was connected with service advisor TAMMY HOLLAND who has helped me in the past. Tammy said bring it right in and they will do a battery scan which showed battery was ok. Tammy was not satisfied and was very concerned I might have problems down the road. To sum this up a mechanic there did a complete check of the battery system and found it was the 12 volt battery. THANK YOU Tammy for your knowledge and extra care for my situation and thanks to the rest of the crew at Jarrett Ford!!! More
