I've always been wary of taking my car to a dealership because I've heard horror stories of people being overcharged and having work done that was unnecessary. But since I have bought my car through Jannell I've had all my service done with them. They are friendly and explain everything that they've done or will do to the vehicle. They also make a point to tell you how much your bill will be which is so refreshing. I always recommend people to take their cars to be serviced at Jannell...such a great dealership! More

I felt like my car was about to explode and went to Jannell service department for the first time. Andrew was an amazing help. He coordinate everything with the car rental, my warranty and communicate Jannell service department for the first time. Andrew was an amazing help. Needed service on the transmission for my 2005 Explorer, and Drew explained all of the options about either a rebuild or a new transmission. I got a coupon for 15% off of service, and Drew was able to appl and Drew explained all of the options about either a rebuild or a new transmission. I got a coupon for 15% off of service, and Drew was able to apply this to a rebuilt transmission. In the end, i got a new transmission instead of a rebuilt for the same money as the rebuilt. The service team at Jannell was a pleasure to deal with. More
The communication between technician and service advisor negatively affected information given to the customer. An incomplete diagnosis was given to the customer which was very frustrating because it did n negatively affected information given to the customer. In addition, the service appointment was schedule over a week in advance for an 8 am appointment, and yet the vehicle was not brought into the shop until sometime in the afternoon. Therefore, the customer was without a vehicle for longer than anticipated. More

Had an 8am Saturday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on new car purchased 5 months ago. I had also mentioned a metallic rattle 'seemingly' in the engine compartment, on acceleration, more tire rotation on new car purchased 5 months ago. I had also mentioned a metallic rattle 'seemingly' in the engine compartment, on acceleration, more noticeable when A/C was on. When I asked what they found, they indicated a loose license plate. Sorry, not even close; still have the rattle; so I'll wait until next time, if I elect to use you for oil changes, even though I have already paid for extended coverage. 1. Employee didn't open doors at 8:10, as 5-7 other customers waited. 2. My particular car did not get in until at 9:30am 3. Called back to my car at 9:55am. 2 hours for an oil change? (and tire rotation). Sorry not good. The fellow at the desk indicated Saturday were not good as every works the week, and try to schedule Saturdays. Here's a suggestion 1: have more people work Saturday! Suggestion 2: have someone work on oil changes, so those waiting don't have to wait for bigger jobs to complete, because 5-7 people came in at the same time. I was reluctant to go th a Ford dealer since I had a very bad experience with Dave Dinger in Braintree many years ago. I was extremely surprised at the extremely high level of service, courtesy and professionalism shown by everyone I dealt with at Jannell Ford and Andrew in particular. My wife has a Mercury as well and we will definately return to Jannell for future service work. THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB!!!!!!! More
