If it wasn't for Roger my rating of my experience would have been not on the good side. After poor communication initally with the service department as to when my car would be ready, Roger explained to me have been not on the good side. He also did what he said he would as far as staying in touch with me when my car was being fixed. Above and beyond that he came all the way to my house to pick me up in Plympton. We had pleasant conversation on the way back and I thought he was very nice and genuine. Thanks Roger your great! More

I called en route for service at shortly after 4PM. Not a great time to expect to be serviced, but I had no choice... My car had to be jumped in the Hingham High parking lot, and I was guessing I needed a ba great time to expect to be serviced, but I had no choice... My car had to be jumped in the Hingham High parking lot, and I was guessing I needed a battery. I figured if they couldn't take me, I would probably end up waiting at Sears. Jeremy answered, and was super nice. He told me to come right in. I left the car running in the lot as I was afraid it might die again. I was told I would be taken ASAP, and I had no sooner walked out the door, than the mechanic was greeting me at my car with the floor protector in hand. wow. It did turn out to be the battery and I was on my way home by 4:50...amazing service. Honestly, I have always had great experiences at Jannell, and this was no exception. More
I had to bring in my 2007 Mountaineer for service this week as I was experiencing issues with the computer/electrical system. I worked with Adam and Brandon in the Service Department and was blown away at week as I was experiencing issues with the computer/electrical system. I worked with Adam and Brandon in the Service Department and was blown away at the high level of customer service I received. I feel as though each time I work with the Service Department they go way above and beyond to ensure that I’m happy. Coincidentally my husband’s 2008 Escape broke down this week unexpectedly, the service team understood the urgency of getting at least one of vehicles back to us as soon as possible. While both of our vehicles were there they did a great job keeping us informed of the status of both vehicles and actually had them fixed VERY quickly. The issues we experienced with both of our vehicles weren’t covered by our warranties, the service team worked with us so that we would get the lowest price possible to fix both vehicles. I can’t stress enough how impressed I was and how much I appreciated Adam and team going the extra mile to help us out, the level of customer service, friendliness and the prompt response and turn around was TOP NOTCH. Thank you guys!! More

I was very impressed with the initiative shown by Jeremy Martin regarding an inspection sticker needed that I had overlooked, when other work was being completed. OK this might be premature as the work has not yet been completed on my '02 Excursion that I purchased from a private party. In my 25 years behind the wheel, have only been to a dealer twice for repairs. I completed on my '02 Excursion that I purchased from a private party. In my 25 years behind the wheel, have only been to a dealer twice for repairs. I generally maintain my own vehicles and take on most of the major repairs. Well after 5 days in the driveway, under my new purchase, I finally threw in the towel. I was stumped by a check engine code that would just not go away. I replaced a ton of parts and followed procedures outlined in the Ford Service Manual. I came to the realization that I just don't have the diagnostic tools the mechanics at the dealership have. I am starting to find out why I got such a "great deal" on this vehicle. Apparently the party I purchased from did not disclose some real problems this vehicle had. After doing lots of research I have learned that lots of people have the sensor error that I am having and it's not easy to fix or troubleshoot. Some with the problem have documented stories online that have lasted close to two years without resolution. Well I just received a call from Jeremy at Janell and he had a breakthrough. They were able to recreate the problem I was having, while my vehicle was connected to their diagnostic equipment. They noticed a problem completely unrelated to my engine code and it happened at the exact same time that my check engine light came on. I am so impressed. I had to write this review. I will follow up after I get my repair bill. Oh, one more thing. I decided to go to this dealer which wasn't the closest dealer to me based on the reviews on this site.
