I brought my F150 in for service on Friday,(55,000 mile xx.)I needed an oil change and had a problem with heat adjustment control,plus an annoying rubbing sound coming from somwhere under the bed.I was hop xx.)I needed an oil change and had a problem with heat adjustment control,plus an annoying rubbing sound coming from somwhere under the bed.I was hoping for an easy service call but while having breakfast at Friendly's I received a call from Adam informing me that my Truck needed,not only an oil change but on further inspection they found a leaking rear pinion seal and the front breaks were gone.So was my budget!I got back to the Dealership explaning to Adam that I would have to make another appointment as I had to be somewhere else.Thats when my wife and I met Charlie the shuttle driver who while plesantly discussing lifes trivialities drove us home,offering to pick us up when my truck was ready.Upon return I was expecting a rather large service bill but was suprised that Adam had checked my extended warranty and found that the pinion seal was covered N/C, the xxxx squeek and rubbing from under the bed was an adjustment to the heat shield and exhaust N/C,and by the way he saved me money on the door accuator(cured the heat problem),along with a rebate on the breaks.I bought my F150 from Bill Pellegrini in 08,I have had it serviced only at Jannell since.From sales to service,to Charlie the shuttle driver it has been a pleasant experience. More
Yes, but I am not happy with the Ford extended warranty we purchased when we bought the used 2005 Ford 500 from this dealer ship. When I arrived home and went on line and found this throttle body problem o we purchased when we bought the used 2005 Ford 500 from this dealer ship. When I arrived home and went on line and found this throttle body problem on the Ford 500 is a chronic problem and Ford has never issued a factory recall on this item. It appears that Ford has gone away from a heated to a non heated throttle body. I don't understand how Ford can get away with not including the throttle body as a engine component. The engine won't run without one. Adam was helpful and saved us, at least for now, on not having to dole out about $900 out of pocket for a new one. They were able to totally clean the current factory installed one, and reprogramed the PCM and TCM . If the problem comes back we're stuck with with a $ 900 repair that should be covered by a Ford factory recall. It is a SAFETY item. I hope a group files a class action suite against Ford like they did with the intake manifolds on the 1996 Crown Victoria. More

Brought my 2008 van back for service, once again a great job was done, brough it in for breaks, they took great care of it and also showed me a potential problem with the ball joints, so i had them replaced job was done, brough it in for breaks, they took great care of it and also showed me a potential problem with the ball joints, so i had them replaced. The next day the heat gave out again as they told me it might( they were trying to keep it working till the parts came in)so they ordered a rental until the parts came in . I did not pay for the rental , Jannell Ford paid for it.When the parts came in they fixed the problem and it works fine. No problem. I would highly recomend this dearler because they care. My experience with them was all positive and very friendly.Any questions were answered right away . Patricia Garnett More

If the trust is not there, with whom ever, then there can be no business. With Roger that trust was developed many years ago, which is why the 45 min drive does not hinder me one bit. Roger has always explained everything in detail, and not once have I ever had to question him on any decision. I have recomended your service dept to many of my friends on the Cape, and once I explain why I drive the 45 minutes they understand why I do what I do. The other individual I have been quite pleased with is Jeremy Martin. I have dealt with him over the past year and would highly recomend him also. He has been very curtious and his overall knowledge of the industry is right on as far as I am concerned, and he is also very polite. to whom ever, I wish to express my complete satisfaction with these two individuals and to let you know you have two gems working for the jannell dealership, and by all meansd do not lose them.
