This dealership is great to deal with. I was overdue for an oil change and realized I needed to call as soon as possible. I also had a broken seat belt,which was due to my children constantly rushing to b an oil change and realized I needed to call as soon as possible. I found the service team to be pleasant, professional, and cooperative. They diagnosed the the A/C problem and repaired it. I was kept informed during the prossess. I was shopping around for tires. Jannell priced up a couple of options for me. They were competitive. I bought a set from them. The service team also informed me of a no finance charge option for paying over time. i took advantage of that option. Rebates were also available with this option. What could be better? Good group of people. More
I recently visited Jannell for a serious condition on my Escape Hybrid (2005). I was charged only one hour of diagnostic labor and when the problem was finally tracked down it was found that the $9000 hybr Escape Hybrid (2005). I was charged only one hour of diagnostic labor and when the problem was finally tracked down it was found that the $9000 hybrid battery had failed. After reporting the problem to Ford and opening a service ticket, I was notified that I was still in the warranty period for the battery by only 20k miles. At this time I waited a short time for Ford to OK the repair and a rental car showed up at the door. I then used this car for the next week or so while the Battery was ordered,shipped and installed. This was extremely important in my case as I am a PC and scanner/printer tech and my job requires I provide my own transportation to each service call. I picked up my Escape and it has been running smoothly for several weeks now. I have been extremely satisfied with my Escape Hybrid experience from day one and I feel like I have been reunited with an old friend as good as new thanks to the competance of Jannells Service Dept. Roger Paim was professional, courteous and honest. My truck's sunroof was leaking and it was forecast to rain all day. Roger quickly assessed the fact that the damage wasnt serious and could be easily fixed. He was able to simply push/pull/bend the frame so that the seal was secure and the roof wouldnt leak. This took all of 5 minutes. Roger could have taken advantage of the situation, told me it would take alot of time/money to fix and I would have believed him. Instead he was courteous and honest. He is an asset to Jannell Ford. More
Bought first Navigator 8/97. Lost Hadden Lincoln of Hanover dealership. Went to Sullivan Bros. of Kingston and lost them. I love Navigators but dealerships are very important to me also. I was sent to Jannell Ford because Sullivan in Kingston could not help me with my Lincoln Town Car. I spoke to Roger and then Jeremy helped me with the paperwork. I know what you're thinking..."He just clicked all fives because he's lazy". Nope - these guys were that good. Here's my story: I've never been a guy that brings his vehicles to a dealership. To fives because he's lazy". Nope - these guys were that good. Here's my story: I've never been a guy that brings his vehicles to a dealership. Too expensive - too slow - too corporate. So I usually bring my five cars to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. Well - the last time I went to Jiffy Lube in Norwell, MA - they left the fender protector under the hood. This time it was worse. I brought my F250 in and they replaced the air filter and changed the oil - $103.10. Ridiculous. So when I leave, I jump on the highway and hit the gas. The truck dies. It never had a problem before. I call Jiffy Lube and get an "oh, well. Let us know how it turns out. I call for a tow truck and because it's through Ford Roadside Service, they tell me have to take it to Jannell Ford in Hanover. The tow company - Blackwater Towing from Abington - is a nightmare (the guy's girlfriend was in the cab) but they get me to Jannell. I am STEAMING at this point and walk in expecting that I will be told it's after three o'clock on a Friday of a holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and I am out of luck. I tell them my tale of woe and they have heard the Jiffy Lube stories before. I'm supposed to be headed for the Cape, so I will need a loaner van or truck, and before they do anything else, Roger Paim - Service Manager calls and arranges for me to take one on the lot. One problem done. Then he says "Let me call Woody". Woody and Roger brainstorm, and before they even see the truck, diagnose what the trained xxxxxxx at Jiffy Lube did. Long story short, they messed up the air filter system. Woody pulls everything quickly apart (ahhhh, experts!) and cleans everything and puts it together. The thing is running again, like before the xxxxxxx got their hands on it. He puts an analyzer on, verifies everything is good, and shuts it up. In less than a half-hour, I'm back to as good as new, and these guys genuinely appeared happy that they could have helped me. I type this as I am getting ready to go to Cape Cod - IN MY OWN TRUCK. No lender, no ridiculous charges, no bs. So then they see my Jiffy Lube invoice, and show me that they charge notably less for the same services AND they can do the same job JUST AS FAST as the xxxxxxx. And I would have had genuine Ford parts rather than the cheesy ones they put in. The air filter that Jiffy Lube put in was CLEARLY not as quality as the original air filter. These guys give dealerships a good name. They restored my faith in humanity, and they are working on my truck exclusively in the future. My weekend was saved, and I feel like I made some friends. Jannell, Jannell, Jannell. This is no bs - I'm real, and REALLY happy. Thanks to Roger, Woody, and the dealership! More
