My first experience with Jannell Ford was in 2008, when I bought a new truck wasn't very good, It was a brand new truck and had factory problems, that kept the truck in the shop for over a month, leaving me bought a new truck wasn't very good, It was a brand new truck and had factory problems, that kept the truck in the shop for over a month, leaving me without a truck to work. The people there couldn't care less, especially the owner, who gave me the cold shoulder when I went to talk to him about my situation. Now, almost five years later, I've decided to give them a second chance, after all, they're located in my home town, and want to keep the business within my neighborhood. I was very pleased to find out that the Service Dept. has been replace, with a much more professional staff, who really went out of their way to help me, instead of being cocky, rude and pushy, like the ones before. I was so satisfied that I ended up buying another brand new truck with them. Hopefully I won't need to deal with the owner again. More
I purchased my 2012 Ford Fiesta from Jannell in late October and had the best car purchase experience ever. Today was my first experience with the Service department and I received extraordinary custom October and had the best car purchase experience ever. Today was my first experience with the Service department and I received extraordinary customer service from Adam Levandowski and whichever tech took car of my car (someone even placed my pillow back on the driver's seat! A small thing, but again, first time this has happened. I highly recommend both the Sales and Service departments at Jannell Ford. Marla More
Was driving up from Cape to New Hampshire with a tractor in my F350 dually, and my left front wheel started smoking. I was 1 exit from Jannell and pulled in on a Friday night about 4:45. I asked service if they could check my truck, and they were MOST gracious.They said my caliper seized and would have to be repaired. They dropped everything, replaced the caliper and got me on my way for very little money. What great guys and great service!!!! 5 stars to these nice guys!!! More

This dealership is great to deal with. I was overdue for an oil change and realized I needed to call as soon as possible. I also had a broken seat belt,which was due to my children constantly rushing to b an oil change and realized I needed to call as soon as possible. I I have been using Jannell for years for service. I purchased one vehicle from them. I brought my 2007 Freestyle there for an A/C problem. I brought my 2008 Taurus there at the same time for tires. I found the service team to be pleasant, professional, and cooperative. They diagnosed the the A/C problem and repaired it. I was kept informed during the prossess. I was shopping around for tires. Jannell priced up a couple of options for me. They were competitive. I bought a set from them. The service team also informed me of a no finance charge option for paying over time. i took advantage of that option. Rebates were also available with this option. What could be better? Good group of people. More
