This was the best service experience I have ever had. Andrew Gill was not only extremely knowledge about my vehicle and its engine, he was happy to explain the service that was done in great detail so that I would understand the effect it would have on my vehicle. After he spent more than 30 minutes explaining the service report and parts to me, I learned from another employee that he had done so despite the fact that it was his day off. He called me faithfully throughout the period that my car was being serviced to provide me with estimates, updates and new information. Due to his technical expertise and close oversight of the mechanical team, I paid more than $1000 LESS than I had expected the total cost of repairs would be! As I told the dealer, I will be bringing my car back to Jannell Ford for service whenever possible. The customer service and quality of personnell makes it worth a long trip. More
