We just had our first service experience at Jannell Ford - an oil change and diesel exhaust fluid top-off. It was a busy Saturday morning in the service department, yet Drew Gill greeted us promptly and got - an oil change and diesel exhaust fluid top-off. It was a busy Saturday morning in the service department, yet Drew Gill greeted us promptly and got us in and out in 45 minutes. Drew was also very knowledgeable - he explained how and why it was IMPORTANT to use Ford Motorcraft exhaust fluid only in our brand new F350. He provided excellent customer service with a smile, while sharing his keen sense of humor and putting a smile on his customer's faces. First went to the dealership I bought my F150 from.(near my home) I was told the problem would cost 600.00. Service department employee, never got out of the chair, never had anyone look at the problem(brok my home) I was told the problem would cost 600.00. Service department employee, never got out of the chair, never had anyone look at the problem(broken sideview mirror) Simply repeated "six hundred dollars". Went to Jannell Ford next. Walked into the to service department, asked Adam (service rep) how much the mirror would cost to replace. He asked me for my keys, to which I replied "why do you need the keys?" His polite response was that he would prefer to look at the mirror first, before giving me a price. Within two minutes, service tech came out to my truck. He looked at the mirror, diagnosed the problem,explaining to me that the only thing that needed replacing was the mirror motor. I went back inside to discuss with Adam. He informed me the cost would be 145.00 to correct the problem. it took me 1/2 of a second to reply,DO IT! Great job by all involved at Jannell. They have a new customer. More

When I arrived to pick up my car Andrew Gill was very friendly and patient in explaining the serpentine belt system of my Ford Freestyle. This was my first experience with a service representative who seemed to care that I understood what had happened and how they went about fixing it. Jannell has always been helpful and responsive in fixing my cars - this was service above and beyond their usual "good" - truly excellent! More
