Recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from a pre-owned dealer. Brought it to Jannell for an electronics update and reset of key codes etc. Despite the fact that I did not purchase the vehicle pre-owned dealer. There were no surprises during the servicing of the vehicle and no pressure to purchase additional services. I recommend them and Adam Levandowski in particular. More
I own two Ford Vehicles (2012 Ford Focus and 2005 Ford Taurus). Both vehicles were purchased at Jannell. Andrew Gill (Drew) was very informative about the issues involving the car. He never spoke down to me nor did he treat me as if I won't understand since I was a woman. He explained everything in detail and would clarify for me how each component of the engine and parts repaired impact the overall functioning of the car. In the past I did not always seek repairs at the Dealership as I feared it would be more expensive and did not always trust that unnecessary repairs were not being performed. I never feel that way at Jannell. I believe they are honest people and care about me as a customer (and care about my car). Andrew "Drew" Gill deserves praise for his work and kindness. I am now a customer for life not just for sales but also for service. More

This was my first time utilizing the service department for Jannell and I had an excellent experience. My new car that I bought from them that I had for less than 2 weeks wouldn't start one morning, needle for Jannell and I had an excellent experience. My new car that I bought from them that I had for less than 2 weeks wouldn't start one morning, needless to say I wasn't happy, so after getting it jumped I went to Jannell to see what was wrong. I talked with Andrew and he was awesome. He got me in without an appointment the day before July 4th weekend. He went out of his way to help me out which was something that definitely made a good impression in my eyes. They fixed the problem and took care of everything that needed to be done. I appreciate Andrew's help and it was great to work with a service department that was accommodating and willing to work with me. I will definitely be back to use the service department at Jannell in the future. More
As I explained the problem I was having with my truck and the check engine light, Andrew did an awesome job of listening to everything I said (including my safety concern of having to drive a distance).
