Pressure free Experience I had purchased a used vehicle from Jannell Ford many years ago and decided to return in September to purchase a new Ford Escape. We browsed the lot and we were greeted by Joe Daddio when we entered the beautiful showroom. We did not make a decision than but waited a bit. Due to unexpected Medical bills we were not able to purchase a new vehicle. Joe made several suggestions and we purchased a used 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback. Joe was professional and knowledgeable and we are so glad that he was our salesperson. I felt that I was disappointing him by not being able to purchase a new vehicle but he was very sensitive to our circumstances and he just wanted us to have the best vehicle possible in our price range. More

He told us we could drive it home the same day. they would handle all the paperwork, They called my insurance co. and got my registration changed over. We then met with the Business Manager, Kathy Mulvehill, she took care of all the paperwork and Warranty setup. Both employees were very knowledgeable in their respective fields, extremely friendly, and very efficient at their jobs. It was a GREAT experience! More

Fusion deal Went in for a test drive with no intention of buying. After test drive I was asked to make an offer so I low balled an offer and the haggle began. My salesmans name was Mike a great person easy to talk to and understood my situation and played along. My credit wasn't great which made my haggle harder but I couldn't walk away from the deal I was offered so I now am a happy owner of a 2014 Ford Fusion hybrid. Thanks to Mike and Joanne. More

Brand and Dealership Loyalty Earned Yesterday I expected a brief visit for scheduled maintenance, but it was extended when it turned out my 2011 Fusion SEL needed front brakes. While I had the time, I walked the lot to see what might be there that was newer but low mileage. Back in the Sales Office I sat with Jack Bresnahan to go over options that might allow for a newer SEL and perhaps lower payments. We reviewed new car pricing as well. As we were looking at a few possibilities in the lot, and not finding anything of interest, he ran into a 2015 Fusion Titanium with 23,345 miles the general manager was driving. Within an hour or so the paperwork was done and it was exactly what I was looking for. In the past the numbers didn't allow for the jump, but all of a sudden everything fit and the car is great and is fully loaded; in fact, beyond what I expected. The entire process was nicely handled, including the financing paperwork with Joanne Hudson. Very pleased and only paying about $9.00 a month more for huge upgrade. More
