Given an offer I couldn't refuse When I dropped into the showroom I had already decided to just look at what models were available and to get rough numbers on pricing...Salesman Mark When I dropped into the showroom I had already decided to just look at what models were available and to get rough numbers on pricing...Salesman Mark Suppa was very friendly and informative with a very nice way about him. Mark answered all my questions and offered a few for me in return. He saw that I was interested in a particular model, but that his in-store vehicles weren't the color liked. He excused himself for a few minutes and made some calls to other dealers to see if they had the type of truck I was looking for. He was able to locate the exact model and color in a dealership in Connecticut. The road test was eye-opening in comparison to the Silverado's I've owned. Mark worked some financial wizardry with my trade-in and Ford discounts available, and the $$ looked too good to pass up. So I didn't. Thanks again, Mark. Joanne Hudson, business manager was very friendly, courteous, and well prepared to explain how the numbers worked towards the final price. She explained very thoroughly and clearly the various options available for maintenance of the vehicle.
