When I booked my service the oil change and the tire rotation were included. When I arrived at the service center I was tooled the tire rotation was not included.The car was washed and when I got home I rotation were included. I came in for a warranty repair that was supposed to take approximately 30 minutes (according to the letter I received notifying me of the recall and then person I spoke with at the dealership to schedule th approximately 30 minutes (according to the letter I received notifying me of the recall and then person I spoke with at the dealership to schedule the repair). I arrived 10 minutes early and the “host” told me it would be about 45 minutes, and I was happy to wait. After an hour and ten minutes, I left the waiting room to ask the “host” if everything was ok; he informed me that they hadn’t even started my repair, but they would be momentarily. It took another 15 minutes to finish. I’m not disappointed in the quality of the work, but I am disappointed in the quality of the service. It would’ve been nice to have been given an accurate wait time, and if the mechanics were running behind, it wouldn’t have taken much for the “host” to politely let me know that the wait time would be longer than expected. I don’t know if I’ll come back to this service center. It was a real drag to sit there forever without any acknowledgment. I try to only leave positive reviews and keep the negative ones to myself, but the excessive effort from this dealership to contact me about my experience has pushed me to leave this review. I hope that this is constructive criticism and that this service center can use it to improve its operations. More
