I just want to comment that Jonathan, in the service dept, was Most helpful yesterday. I stopped in after the tire pressure warning light came on in my Outback. I saw a nail in the tire and was concerne dept, was Most helpful yesterday. I stopped in after the tire pressure warning light came on in my Outback. I saw a nail in the tire and was concerned about driving home. Jonathan looked at the nail, said it was too close to the side to repair, took a measurement and advised I'd have to have a new tire "shaved" to match the wear on the other tires, explained why, and said it would be a few days to get that done. As I don't live in Janesville, he suggested that they could do it there, or I could go to the dealer nearer where I work in Madison. He gave me the info to provide to the Madison dealer, and reassured me it should be fine to drive, just watch the tire pressure. I am VERY impressed with his attitude. I called and spoke with Advisor Jonathan, hoping that maybe I could bring my car by after work. He expressed concern that I was having to drive a car with faulty brakes, and suggested that even though they may not have time to repair today, I should drop it off on my way to work and he could provide me with a loaner. Jonathan is my hero today! I always feel like they care about their customers as people, and I'm greatly relieved that I don't have to drive a car with no brakes while I'm waiting for an appointment. My visits to Janesville Subaru, whether they be for service or sales always leaves me feeling good about my decision to do business with them. More
