Every time I go, it’s usually perfect, but this time the mechanic left black finger marks all over the interior roof fabric of my car. I scrubbed the best I could and you can still see some there, but I got mechanic left black finger marks all over the interior roof fabric of my car. I scrubbed the best I could and you can still see some there, but I got most of it off. That is the reason why it’s four star this time because they are very helpful and very nice. More

Took 2015 CrossTrek in for routine oil change & tire rotation. Was told that I needed to have the cam carriers resealed. That would cost $3300 and require 2 - 3 days because the engine would have to b rotation. Was told that I needed to have the cam carriers resealed. That would cost $3300 and require 2 - 3 days because the engine would have to be pulled. Car has just 100,000 miles, so I was a bit disappointed in that since I got over 200,000 miles on my previous vehicles (Saturn & Ford) without such major work. I normally stay out from under the hood and leave that to the mechanics. But when I got home, I thought I would look for the oil seepage. I never found the oil seepage, but that was probably my lack of knowing where to look. But about 10" from my brand new shiny oil filter was a mouse nest. It was easy to spot. I would have thought someone inspecting my engine would have noticed that. If something so obvious gets unnoticed, is that the mechanic that I want to pull the engine from my car? Seems the concern is that the oil will seep on to the A/F sensor and cause an engine check light to come on. I failed to ask if the mechanic wiped off any oil that had seeped in to that area. Also, the photos provided were too grainy to be of any use. One other note: This web page only gave me one person in the pull down to select in the Service Department: Jason Lehman. Jason was neither the tech nor the service advisor, but I had to select him in order to complete the survey. More
