This location has been awful to me for a long time now. My engine blew and I went through them to get it replaced. Tried to use a recall/class-action to get it replaced under warranty. Come to find out there is some nepotism between this location and Subaru of America. So long story short, I cover 90% of the cost and come back a few months later to get some warranty work done concerning an error code that was happening since the work was done. They didn't know what the code was for... I had to tell them... Tried to claim that a cam position timing issue couldn't happen when they swap the motor. I pick my car up from an oil change the other day and the "inspection" said everything was good. My tire was low my wiper blades are end of life and the code is still displaying the check engine light on the dash. I don't mind that they didn't mention these things... just don't lie to people and say you are looking at these things. This dealership and how they have treated me is why I'll be switching to Toyota. More
