I had a battery that failed after 5 years. On the day of the failure we were also receiving out-of-town visitors so it was important to get a new battery installed. I have only used Janesville Subaru for all of my service on our 2017 Forester and I didn't want to change now. I called Janesville Subaru and talked to the Service Department and told them of my dilemma. She said 'How soon do you want the service' and I said ASAP. This was 11:30 in the morning and she said they could fit me in at 11:45. I jumped in my car and rushed to Janesville and was met by Jonathon Coulthard. He checked me in and as soon as a bay was opened they went to work. Jonathon kept me abreast of the progress and informed me of the cost. Happily and thankful I was quickly on the road back to Roscoe, IL. More
