Had an oil change and tire rotation. They properly corrected tire inflation after the rotation and predicted seasonal temperature change! Excellent job. Scott tried to convince me to get the fuel induction cleaning. I will never get that service done after a bad experience at a different dealer with a different car. I consider cleaning to be an unnecessary expense unless bad gas has been used. It is not included in the owner's manual list of recommended services. More

Drastic errors in service provided. Customer service is wonderful in trying to correct and satisfy customers, but still cost me by having to lose time at work for 2 of the 3 times I had Customer service is wonderful in trying to correct and satisfy customers, but still cost me by having to lose time at work for 2 of the 3 times I had my car in for service. I’m on older woman and the young service person would just not believe that anything was wrong with the car because of the diagnostic code it was throwing. I spent hours on the phone, even telling the m to cancel their diagnostic software. They kept the car for two days and FINALLY found out the diagnostics needed the upgrade I had been trying to get them to take a look at. Next time the first time I drove the car after an oil change it started smoking real bad. Oil got sprayed all over all engine components that it was so bad they had the car for two days again to sufficiently clean it so it did not smoke when driven. When I had some bad issues with service for the previous brand of car they would give you a gas card or something else when the experience was extreme. Here all you get is a sorry we messed up. The customer facing service people are friendly and mostly accommodating, so that is a saving Grace More
