Stopped on a Saturday morning, the service guy said he was booked pretty full for the day. I was there pretty early, he got me in for oil change and tire rotation. Dealership is convenient to get to and from. Dealership is clean, has a friendly staff and atmosphere. Service staff is courteous and prompt. I’m getting used to the prompts through text that “recommend “ service beyond what I was expecting, I think in person consultation about extending the service would be more personable. My only concern with the dealership is the tech not leaving my vehicle the way it was found. The A/C was left on, in Mode settings I do not use, also, it was off when I entered the service area. The headlight switch was turned from auto to a different position. Radio volume was turned up, something I made sure was adjusted down. Janesville Subaru is a quality dealership that I would recommend and still frequent when needed. Attention to detail is important, in no way am I not happy with the service they offer. More
