This place has no idea of service or customer relations. I bought a 2019 forester had it 6 months. The service and sales team are so bad I traded it off for a new Jeep. I called and spoke with Advisor Jonathan, hoping that mayb Not all car service can be planned. Today my brakes went out on my 14 year old Subaru Baja. I called and spoke with Advisor Jonathan, hoping that maybe I could bring my car by after work. He expressed concern that I was having to drive a car with faulty brakes, and suggested that even though they may not have time to repair today, I should drop it off on my way to work and he could provide me with a loaner. Jonathan is my hero today! I always feel like they care about their customers as people, and I'm greatly relieved that I don't have to drive a car with no brakes while I'm waiting for an appointment. My visits to Janesville Subaru, whether they be for service or sales always leaves me feeling good about my decision to do business with them. More
