I had an appointment with Deana at 2:30. When I got there I was told I was early my appointment was at 3. That was incorrect it was 2:30. At 3 a couple came in saying they had and appointmen When I got there I was told I was early my appointment was at 3. That was incorrect it was 2:30. At 3 a couple came in saying they had and appointment withe her at 3. I was passed off to Andrej who didn’t know about prior discussion’s had with Deana. He did ok considering he was dealing with an unhappy client. We made a deal and he made an appointment for 1:oo the next day. When I arrived he couldn’t help me because he was with another client so again I was passed off to Nicholas who knew nothing about the discussions the previous day. The manager needs to discuss the meaning of appointment. Additionally I will never buy a car from this dealer again as long as they FORCE customers to buy an anti theft “option” against their will. It’s completely worthless to me and I don’t appreciate being forced to buy it.. More
