This was our first trip to Janesville Subaru for service of our 'new' Cross Trek. Once we were certain where to enter with the vehicle our service tech, Seth Ward, was very courteous and friendly. Seth did a great job explaining our pre-paid service plan and had the oil / tire rotation service completed very timely. The after service report is very thorough and a nice addition to our completed work, we know exactly what was done to our vehicle. We look forward to our next service. Thank you! More
