Most of my interactions at the dealership were with Andrew, who was absolutely fantastic. He helped me and my partner as soon as we arrived, spent almost an entire morning with us, helped to answer all Andrew, who was absolutely fantastic. He helped me and my partner as soon as we arrived, spent almost an entire morning with us, helped to answer all questions with clear and concise answers, listened and responded to our desires and requests, made the process as smooth as possible, and was also just an absolute blast to work with. I feel confident that Andrew helped me choose an excellent vehicle and it has been an excellent drive since purchasing about a week ago. Apart from Andrew, I am slightly annoyed about the final payment for the vehicle as I confirmed before leaving the final price minus the deposit several times. However upon returning later with a check, I was told that the price I had confirmed did not include the deposit. It worked out in the end, but it did leave a sour taste in my mouth. More

Good workers but the dealership itself is overpriced on oil changes compared to other Subaru dealers I have used and Janesville Subaru charges you extra if you pay by credit. Other Subaru dealers I have us oil changes compared to other Subaru dealers I have used and Janesville Subaru charges you extra if you pay by credit. Other Subaru dealers I have used do not do that.
