Over all, very good. They were patient re: my concerns with the vehicle price and condition, which eventually led to an acceptable deal for all. While it's well known that dealerships will offer substantially less for a trade-in, the offer of $3,000 for my 2019 Kia Rio with a pre-conditioned engine installed that week plus coils replaced was downright insulting. And it's one of your own products. I will sell it privately for around 6,700. More
