After an initial drive through the lot we didn’t see anything we were really interested in. But we stopped to talk to Joe and in explaining what were we’re looking for he thought he might have what we needed it just hadn’t been put on the lot yet. The vehicle was a new trade in getting cleaned but Joe thought it might be the perfect fit for us and pulled it out for us to look at. That was so appreciated! Pro tip! Asked about inventory not out on the lot yet. If we hadn’t stopped to talk with him, we would have gone home without a great vehicle. Additionally, we were never pushed into something that wasn’t going to work for our budget and just appreciate his and his sales manager’s professional and friendly approach.
