I went to buy a chevy truck from this dealership listed for $13,900 and when I showed up they had the window sticker at $14,900. They also had a $300 charge for a theft recovery package that I did not ask for and they would not take off. I paid for the vehicle with cash and they acted like it was such a pain to have to count all the cash rather than being glad they had a paying customer. Very friendly salesmen, but bad customer service in every other way. When I went to test drive it, it had a headlight out and they promised to replace it. Which they did, and they noticed 3 other lights out at this time which were also replaced. I set up free delivery when I purchased the vehicle for 4 pm. I did not get status updates, had to resend my address and ask for a status update. I was told they would be at my home about 5:15pm and then they did not arrive until 6pm. At this time the truck was dropped off and the driver waited about 15 minutes for the other driver to pick him up. When I got in the vehicle there was a check engine light that was not on before. I retightened the fuel cap and it went away. I brought it to a chevy dealership who recommended $5,000 worth of work to be done. Within 2 weeks and 500 miles I had a light on for the tpms and a check engine light, smoke coming out of the exhaust and the engine not running right(not included in the original $5,000 quote). I had to reach out to the dealership multiple times to get anyone to talk to. Finally after bouncing around talking to 5 different people I ended up talking to the service manager who I had to work with over multiple phone calls during my workday and multiple ignored emails to try and get help. He offered to diagnose the problem for free and possibly fix the problem for free. They would not pick the vehicle up or deliver it again so I had to drive over an hour back to them. They told me it would cost $400 to fix after a discount so I had them fix it. Within 40 more miles 2 of the 3 check engine lights came back on. They never fixed the tpms light or any other issues the chevy dealership lined out. I reached out again and the best they could offer was free diagnostic or a free oil change coupon, they would not refund the work that didn’t fix the issue. When I bought it the window sticker said no visible leaks excluding minor seepage, after having it parked in my garage it left a clear puddle of fluids a couple of inches in diameter and I can see liquid dripping out. Through this whole process I was put on hold every phone call, sometimes no one would pick up and I would have to call again. More
Don't purchase a vehicle here. They will sell vehicles that are not fully vetted. They are fixer uppers and they won't fix what is wrong with them. By far the worst experience i have ever had at a dealership. After test driving the car we were interested in i asked what the interest rates were if i were to finance the car thru them and they pro dealership. After test driving the car we were interested in i asked what the interest rates were if i were to finance the car thru them and they proceed to write up all the paperwork on the car and try and get us to sign it before every agreeing to anything. We left rather upset that day but were still interested in the car so i talked to the salesman the next day and we agreed on a price on the car and i would finance it thru my personal bank and would have the money for them the next day. The next day he messaged me again around 11 asking when i would have the check ready for the car and i told him early afternoon. Then about 30 min later he called me and told me that they sold the car to someone else. I would never buy a car from this dealership after this experience More

Bought 2 cars things went ok got the 3 car now i have problems and they wont help fix it . Car shuts down driving very unsafe bought good warranty it doesn't cover xxxx. I went to the dealership because they responded to a Kelly Bluebook Instant Cash offer. They had called me and said they would beat the cash offer. When I arrived, they seemed like they had little idea Kelly Bluebook Instant Cash offer. They had called me and said they would beat the cash offer. They offered about 3000 below the offer because "Kelly Blue Book wasn't correct". The manager was also rude to deal with. More

2011 Xterra, mint condition 80k on it, never had 1 problem....Until I had an airbag recall. Took it in to find it was simply a"flash" no parts were replaced. took 40 minutes while I waited. the next d problem....Until I had an airbag recall. Took it in to find it was simply a"flash" no parts were replaced. took 40 minutes while I waited. the next day my airbag light came on, called dealer they could not get me in for over 2 weeks, Being an Ex ford employeree for 25 years, I did some studying, replaced 2 common parts that often had an issue with the this problem, to no avail. So I called the dealer again a month later, they were still booked and I could not get back in to have the problem they created fixed. So I did more studying, the only part left in the system was the module, I found a used one at local recycling yard, and when I went to put it in... OMG one of the 3 main harnesses that goes to it, was not completely locked into its coupler. PROBLEM SOLVED. the dealer either failed to do its flash correctly, purposely left it disconnected to get me back for more repairs. Either way the bottom line is, even if this was simply an accident. they messed up my AIRBAG SYSTEM, could not get me in to repair their own problem, MADE ME DRIVE AROUND WITHOUT FUNCTIONING AIRBAGS for a long time. I do not recommend Service at this dealer ! More

The finance department was very friendly while thoroughly explaining everything you are signing. This is now our 4th vehicle purchase through Janesville Nissan.
