At first they will say anything to reel you in. I was an out of state customer they worked with me over the phone for an entire week! They reassured me that the deal was good to go all I would be doing is signing papers and driving away in my Nee car. They even asked for a hefty down payment. So I took off work got all the money for the down payment made all the arrangements with insurance. After Driving 3 hours the car I was looking to purchase had no seat belt! The windows were making a god awful noise! And the cherry on top when I go in after the test drive I’m told they are not going to accept my trade! The best part is the two people I was working with over the phone Tamara and Alek weren’t even there! The person handling my deal was some random Manager by the name of Alan. After giving Alek a call he said “I will give you a call right back, let me figure this out” 3 hour drive and a day later I’m still waiting for his call! They are very unprofessional with the way they handled this. They wasted my entire day and had me jumó through many hoops. Had me put a hefty down payment, drive to a different state Just TO DENY ME BUSINESS. I was transparent with everything over the phone and picture messages and even explained that I would not be coming to a different state unless the deal is written in stone. They are liars and obviously do not know how to conduct business. It’s dealerships and employees like these that give the rest of them a bad rep. Alek and Alan totally dropped the ball in this one! More
Horrible. They lie! I was guaranteed to get out of my car and debt yet when i went in they said they couldn't help. Sold me a crappy car. Manager was very rude I went to buy a CPO 2019 Nissan Altima from them. had a very pleasant experience with Yasmine (internet salesperson) and Michael the sales associate. Thing became unpleasant when I had to deal with their sales manager Adam. On their website the interest rate for 36 months loan was shown as 0% for the same car. When Michael was showing the interest rates they can offer which was 5.9%, suddenly the sales manager comes out and starts talking to me very rudely saying they cannot do 0% for CPO’s. He could have talked nicely also. I told him I have seen 0% apr on your website so then he is like that is for illustration purposes. I then told him I have seen 0% apr for Toyota CPO’s so then he goes back and prints a google page saying Toyota CPO’s are 2.9% and slammed the page in front of me. I told him I have 2.49% rate pre-approved from a credit union so then he was like we can do around 2%, this 5.9% is just like for calculation (which did not make sense as I was planning to buy the car). I got up and left at that point. He was just trying to sell the highest apr instead of giving me the best rate he can. Also, car gurus has the car at $18,649 and their website said $19,500, the manager told Michael to tell me that the extra is to certify the car which I know was BS as the car price was dropped from $19,500 to $18,649 on car gurus and it still showed the car as certified. Beware of this dealership. More
Terrible experience. Purchased a 2010 Traverse in December 2019 from them. Paid cash, took 5 hours to complete the deal. As they were pulling the car into the wash, something broke within the startin December 2019 from them. Paid cash, took 5 hours to complete the deal. So they gave us a loaner for a week and "fixed it". 3 days later, wife is at work and it wont start, one $100 tow later its back at Janesville Nissan, this time the fix took 3 weeks with zero communication from them on when it would be done. The car ran good until we turned on the AC and discovered that didn't work. Not under warranty, took it to a shop, discovered multiple leaks, guy said it likely hasnt worked for quite a while. $1300 to fix, once it was "fixed" he discovered another problem which would be $2000. Clearly no inspection was done by these crooks More
