Janesville Kia - Service Center

Went in for muffler and a tire and I looked for my car in the service shop area and didn't see it and more than 2 hours later, I was informed that they had to take my car directly to a muffler shop because t the service shop area and didn't see it and more than 2 hours later, I was informed that they had to take my car directly to a muffler shop because they didn't have the correct tool for it and wasn't informed this information until after they took my car there which I didn't think was right, but in the end they did give me a coupon for an oil change. I am not happy with Janesville Kia, because no one reached out after I bought the vehicle to see how I was doing and if I had any questions which I did and have contacted the person several times regarding the paperwork that was done and never heard anything back. Not really goo customer service when no one return calls. More

I was told it would be an hour and a half which was fine but after I went for a 3 mile walk and came back after an hour my car had not even moved from where it was checked in at. Walked in and the person at the desk immediately told us he could not check us in because he did not know how to. He did not bother to find anyone to assist us. We there for an oil level check, nothing else which ended up taking about 40 minutes and the only reason it got done then was because I went to the service desk and asked when it would be done. I was told it would be about 15 or 20 minutes originally. This used to be a good place but have not had the greatest service the last two times that I have visited. More
