The absolute worst, my Kia was broken into had to go there for a new fuse, couple recalls and a clock spring. I had to call every other day to hand hold these people through the process of working with there for a new fuse, couple recalls and a clock spring. I had to call every other day to hand hold these people through the process of working with my insurance adjuster. They didn't call me when the part came in, I had to call them. I took it back to my other mechanic and he tells me that it looked like a 2 year old put the parts back together under the steering wheel after he had it all perfect and we drove like that. Could have had a serious accident they way they had the xxxx hanging under the wheel, not a care in the world that we had to drive like that. Thankfully nothing did happen, but I have pictures just in case. More
