Brought in my Kia to get a recall serviced and from the moment I walked in, Edgar was the perfect gentleman. No follow up for days after having photos sent to an outside Kia rep to verify if it was covered by my extended warranty. I was then told that even though a part fell off of my 2023 Sportage, it was not outside Kia rep to verify if it was covered by my extended warranty. I was then told that even though a part fell off of my 2023 Sportage, it was not covered. Also, if you buy a new sportage do not take it through a car wash because it will ruin some of the trim and that is also not covered. I’m honestly not sure what is covered. I was in LOVE with my car, but I will never buy a Kia again after this experience. More
