I took my car here because of recalls. They told me it would take a hour and half to do it took them 3 hours to look at my car. They did tell me my transmission was leaking but didn’t both They told me it would take a hour and half to do it took them 3 hours to look at my car. They did tell me my transmission was leaking but didn’t bother to relay the message that I had other issues with the car. I’m never taking my car to this dealership again. My splash guard on the passenger side got messed up they didn’t bother to tell me or try to fix it for me. It ended up getting broken a day later now I have to pay double the price for a new one. Like I said I’m never going to back to this dealership nor would I buy a car here. More

The service team was amazing! Went in for what we thought was a transmission issue and turns out it was a gasket issue which resulted in a new engine covered under warranty. Made appointment ahead of time to have oil change and tire rotation stated that I would be waiting for car. Upon arrival was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours to get done. Bought a brand new car They sneak in all kinds of charges on the paper work so beware. Told us they were filling the car with gas before we left. Very dishonest and took advantage of us with very misleading information provided to us. We were hesitant to go to Kia due to negative experiences in the past and many complaints from people we know misleading information provided to us.
