The vehicle was brought back within an hour of ownership and they fixed a part that caused oil to leak all over the ground and didn't even want to do that. The dealer lied on the buyers report and failed to fix drivetrain noise as a condition of sale. Wasted 3 hours at the dealership and they claimed to have checked it despite having it on the wrong lift (drive on) where you couldn’t correctly identify hub or driveline noise by rotating wheels. They covered for each other and do not care about doing the right thing. More

The installation of my free anti theft device was fine. I give this dealership a LOW RATING because their salesman lied to me when I bought my 2019 Soul from them. My Kia van broke down and I contacted the Kia dealership closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they g closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they get it in that day, but most likely it would be fixed that day as well. They were right. I was impressed with their service, communication and professionalism. I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes for all of that! More
Very boring waiting area. No snacks. Only coffee and tea. I scheduled 2 recalls about 3 weeks out. At the dealer they told me “we MIGHT have the parts to complete it”. Tur No snacks.
