Walked in and the person at the desk immediately told us he could not check us in because he did not know how to. He did not bother to find anyone to assist us. We there for an oil level check, nothing else which ended up taking about 40 minutes and the only reason it got done then was because I went to the service desk and asked when it would be done. I was told it would be about 15 or 20 minutes originally. This used to be a good place but have not had the greatest service the last two times that I have visited. More
