I was a little disappointed not to be greeted or have the door held for me as I walked up using my cane until I leaned forward to hold the door open with my head as my purse got stuck on the door. Then one door held for me as I walked up using my cane until I leaned forward to hold the door open with my head as my purse got stuck on the door. Then one of the 3 men standing there quickly came forward to get the door. I was kept informed of the progress of my car, what needs to be done, how long it should take, and approximate costs. When my car was finished, he did walk me to my car and held the door for me. I also appreciated the free car wash. More
Usually they’re awesome, however we brought in our vehicle with an unknown issue and likely it was the battery or alternator. Gave us a call and said they’d start with the battery so we gave them the vehicle with an unknown issue and likely it was the battery or alternator. Gave us a call and said they’d start with the battery so we gave them the consent to do so in order to move forward (or so we thought), instead they charged an insane amount of money for the battery and service and sent us on our way. The issue was not solved for us nor fixed. More

The fact that I was expected to pay 19,000 dollars to fix my car is absolutely ridiculous. Especially sine it has been there multiple times and nothing was ever caught.
