The installation of my free anti theft device was fine. I give this dealership a LOW RATING because their salesman lied to me when I bought my 2019 Soul from them. My Kia van broke down and I contacted the Kia dealership closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they g closest to me and was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until they could even look at it. I called Janesville Kia and they said not only could they get it in that day, but most likely it would be fixed that day as well. They were right. I was impressed with their service, communication and professionalism. I will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes for all of that! More
Very boring waiting area. No snacks. Only coffee and tea. I scheduled 2 recalls about 3 weeks out. At the dealer they told me “we MIGHT have the parts to complete it”. Tur No snacks. Brought in my Kia to get a recall serviced and from the moment I walked in, Edgar was the perfect gentleman. He opened the door, started the check in process and had the service dept begin my recall proces moment I walked in, Edgar was the perfect gentleman.
