While waiting, however, I witnessed a sales/finance person encounter with a customer that was returning a vehicle. They treated this customer with complete disrespect. They had them signing paperwork and having a discussion in an open forum for all to hear. Didn't bother to take them back to an office. The female representative of the dealership was blatantly rude. That person earns 0 stars! The likelihood of me purchasing another vehicle from this dealership has been severely diminished! More
