We had a AWD check engine light issue, made the appointment but the first time they couldn't the service tech couldn't find the problem since the check engine light went off, was told to bring it a appointment but the first time they couldn't the service tech couldn't find the problem since the check engine light went off, was told to bring it anytime when the light comes back on, we did and they got at it right away, found the issue, ordered the part and we came back and it got fixed promptly, was very satisfied with the service and service writers. Horrible dealership, within 24 hours of purchase the vehicle had transmission problems. They gave me extended warranty paperwork that was not as agreed upon. Then 1 month later the DMV sends me notification the vehicle is not yet registered to me due to Kia not paying the full registration fees. Still waiting for this to be done. Please avoid this dealership!!! More
