Made appointment ahead of time to have oil change and tire rotation stated that I would be waiting for car. Upon arrival was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours to get done. Thought that was a little long for the work to be done but not a real issue. 2 hours and 20 minutes, they came to waiting room to tell me car was ready. Bought a brand new car They sneak in all kinds of charges on the paper work so beware. Told us they were filling the car with gas before we left. But did not and low fuel light came on before we got home. C on the paper work so beware. Told us they were filling the car with gas before we left. Almost lost them Very very sneaky and disreputable dealership! More
Very dishonest and took advantage of us with very misleading information provided to us. We were hesitant to go to Kia due to negative experiences in the past and many complaints from people we know misleading information provided to us.
