When we took it in for service and told them we needed our calipers looked at. We were told that we need new brakes and rotors but had just had them replaced the day before taking it into Kia. While talking on the phone to the supervisor was told that our repair cost would be around $450.00 when we went to pick up the car instead of calling us and telling us the correct cost they just went ahead and did the repairs without getting an approval from us. So when we went to pick it up the repair cost was double. Since we were told that what the supervisor quoted us was not approved by the manager but again they went and did the repair without letting us know. Very unprofessional and the way that it was handled will never take our car back there or recommended to anyone! More

While my car was at the dealership for a recall, the staff called several times to suggest I bring my car in for the recall. Another staff member called to ask if I'd like to bring my car in for apprai staff called several times to suggest I bring my car in for the recall. Another staff member called to ask if I'd like to bring my car in for appraisal to trade in on a new one--while it was on their lot. To compound the communication issues, when I called weekly to check on my car, I was transferred and disconnected several times. The folks seem like they mean well, but the experience was frustrating. More
