I purchased a vehicle on 12/31/2024. The price of the car & the numbers they wrote down on scratch paper are not what is written on the purchase contract or finance paperwork!! I I was charged more than what the vehicle was listed as! Car was listed for $36,018. My purchase contract and finance paperwork shows I paid over $40,000!! That is $4000 + more!!!  Charging more than the advertised price is illegal.  I was told the car came with anti theft & nobody ever told me that I had to pay for it! They charged me for this without discussing it & without my consent I have contacted numerous people at this location and not one person will get back to me! I have more negative feedback but this is the most important and the dealership needs to make this right!!!! More

Also don't expect a response from the dealership or car salesman for days.....They ironically sell you a 2024 model the day before 2025 and states Kia won't approve a 2025 lol, But they'll approve a 2024 that's brand new. It's called delusion and they were trying to sell the car before the new year so it didn't depreciate in value I'm not stupid or uneducated, They cared more about my tv appearances than the simple ideology of customer service. Expect to be played and expect to be disrespected and have your feelings messed with. Just because someone's credit isn't crystal clean doesn't mean they're bad people or losers, Anyone rich or poor can have bad credit for an array of reasons such as things you didn't physically do. Anywho the point is don't buy from them if you live out of state. More

Terrible experience. They insisted on selling add-ons with the car to make the deal and wasted hours of time. I had to call back several times to get it corrected, and it took almost 3 months! More
