8 mo ago came to do warranty work on my 2023 kia sportage. Got oil changed tech forgot to add oil next morning brought it back. Was told they would cover anything that came from the tech f'up. 4 mo sportage. Got oil changed tech forgot to add oil next morning brought it back. Was told they would cover anything that came from the tech f'up. 4 mo ago car running rough bring it in. Takes 3 weeks for the. To repair it. And now same problem. Car runs rough at light and dies when you wanna go. Last time i asked them to make sure they informed kia what they had done. This time ill make sure. Call to speak to service manager. Not there. Store manager, not there, GM not there. Owner lives in another state...... this is 2pm not 9pm why is no one in charge around? More
I’ve bought 3 cars from this place. Spend 3 hours there. Got an approval but not in the price range we wanna be in. Brock the service manager is very unprofessional and even hung up on me when I was questioning his statements. I will not let this go. Totally agree with previous bad comments Couldn’t agree more with other potential client’s bad comments about ethics. Horrible ethics. We had an appointment to drive / buy a car. The dealership called us twice to confirm. We live 90 minutes away - the vehicle we had an appointment to see was in the process of being sold car. The dealership called us twice to confirm. The vehicle was in front of the dealer awaiting our arrival when another couple noticed it - they sold it to them and didn't have the decency to let us know. 3 hours of driving and a devastated daughter is what we got from Janesville Kia.
