I was able to get in quickly, they did the repair efficiently and they weren't as pushy about additional repairs as they once were.. I was overcharged on the paperwork by $6,000 because they hid numbers on my trade. I contacted them in person, and by letter, and received absolutely NO RESPONSE. I would not buy a car from them if they we hid numbers on my trade. I contacted them in person, and by letter, and received absolutely NO RESPONSE. I would not buy a car from them if they were the last place selling cars. They would not even provide me the name of their general manager. There is absolutely no transparency. Spoke in person with Jeremy Martin, and he promised to look into the matter. NOT a single call or email. Sent a letter to Dave Martin and Jeremy Martin by e-mail. NOT a single response. I will continue to spread the word of their absolute neglect in resolving an issue. More
