We returned this vehicle because the repairs required were more extensive—and more costly—than the car was worth. Important facts buyers should know: The CarFax is misleading. It may show that the airbag/ABS clockspring was replaced, but that part was not installed. We initially approved it, but we canceled once it became clear how extensive the other issues were. Critical repairs still needed: airbag/ABS clockspring, two catalytic converter banks, front brakes, engine mount, and more. In our experience, this dealer did not operate with transparency or integrity, and it ended up costing us significant time, money, and stress. __________________________________________ Disappointed and Concerned – Please Do Your Research Before Buying!!!! We don’t usually write negative reviews, but we feel it’s important to share our experience in case it helps someone else make a more informed decision. Unfortunately, our recent interaction with this dealership was extremely disappointing. Major issues with the vehicle we purchased were not disclosed, and warning codes had been cleared prior to the sale. This created serious safety concerns and led to costly repairs that we only discovered after taking the car to a trusted mechanic. Even though we were assured it was road-ready by the KIA dealership, it was not safe — we were lied to. We are very grateful we did not have an accident on the way home! Communication throughout the process was poor, and it wasn’t until we mentioned possibly reporting the situation to the consumer board that the dealership agreed to take the car back. While they did eventually agree to the return, we are still out of pocket for a third-party inspection, taxes, and Secretary of State fees. This situation could have been avoided had they operated with transparency and integrity. Due to the lack of a truly fair resolution and a very difficult process, my family cannot recommend this dealership in any way whatsoever. More
I came in to purchase a 2024 VW Tiguan SE R-Line that was advertised at $26,987. After the test drive, the dealership added more than $1,600 in hidden fees, including a $1,250 used car inspection fee and a $ advertised at $26,987. They also claimed their online price was actually a military discount. Even after removing the inspection fee, they refused to move on the $400 etch charge which they claimed was mandatory and ultimately cost them the sale. I was prepared with a $10,000 down payment and ready to finalize the purchase at sticker price, but they wouldn’t honor it. For a dealership to lose a serious buyer over a $400 junk fee shows where their priorities are. Buyers should be aware of these hidden add-ons before wasting their time here. More

I looked closer at the 2014 mercedes benz E350 i purchased from you guys. I noticed there are multiple dents, scratches, and scuffs all over the car. The worst of them is on the wheel wells. The pai purchased from you guys. I noticed there are multiple dents, scratches, and scuffs all over the car. The worst of them is on the wheel wells. The paint is peeling off on top. The rear driver's side tire has a big piece cut out of it hanging loose. One of the power window switches is colored with what looks like a black marker. The windshield has scratches all over it as well. These are really noticeable when the sun shines on it. There's also a bulge on the side of the front driver's side tire and one of the brakes wobble when stopping. I guess my biggest fault in all this is i thought I could trust a sales person. He seemed professional and reliable. I messaged him the issues I found and I got no reply from him. This tells me either he knew at the time and didn't say anything, or he doesn't care. If this car passed inspection like it says, then how were all of these things missed? Can something please be done to fix the issues with my now financed car? More
