Dishonest advertising, nice car and l garrentee l will never return. If l need service l will go to a dealership in Madison,WI. A price was advertised that l called and confirm that was 2000.00 less than never return. If l need service l will go to a dealership in Madison,WI. I also spoke to Kia St. Cloud and a message was sent to Metro Kia Madison for a price match. I was unable to make contact with Metro Kia before we went to Janesville Kia. When we arrived for our appointment that l made when the price was confirmed with internet sales it was like the price confirmation never happened. The confirmed was around 19,800 but the price the salesman came back with was 10,000 higher. He apologized for the confusion and if not for pending tariffs l would have walked out. The tariff sold the car not the dealer. They also pulled the came con on someone l work with later in the day. I thought we were going down to pick up a car not spend well over 4 hours trying to buy it. The marker and paper offer deal was unprofessional and by design made it impossible to see the actual price breakdown. They also did the same to another person that works at the same business l do and the pulled the same thing on him later in the day that l was there with a K5. More
I took my car here because of recalls. They told me it would take a hour and half to do it took them 3 hours to look at my car. They did tell me my transmission was leaking but didn’t bother to relay the message that I had other issues with the car. I’m never taking my car to this dealership again. My splash guard on the passenger side got messed up they didn’t bother to tell me or try to fix it for me. It ended up getting broken a day later now I have to pay double the price for a new one. Like I said I’m never going to back to this dealership nor would I buy a car here. More
