Svc team is inattentive to details. Made appointment, explained concerns n what I was hoping to have checked. Dropped car off Thu at 3:30pm. On day of svc (friday), called to check status n clerk mentioned my appt for an ‘oil change’ - this was not reason for appt (mentioned car was driving rough n i wanted it checked to see if anythg was wrong - maybe shocks or alignment; asked to have brakes checked too). Talked w svc rep agn and went over svc request. He said shocks were fine, brakes were fine and they were doing multi-point svc check at that time. This was at noon Friday. I told him that we would be there to pickup car at 2:30pm…he replied that would be perfect. We arrived at 2:40pm - car was not ready. Rep said would be ready ‘soon’. We waited another hour before car was finally ready. Ran into a friend of mine while waiting. She had brought her car in that day with no appt and her car was ready n she was able to leave before my car was finished. Not sure what the point is of having made an appt if ppl who bring car in same day and wait receive priority. I used to like this svc dept, they were always friendlier and seemed to care - even washed your car each time - not anymore. I will not be bringing my car here agn. Big disappointment. More

Good service and started to work at appointed time. All dealerships I have been to have a problem with washing cars in a timely manner. Vehicle was at car wash for 30 minutes and still wasn’t washed. Placed our Tahoe at James Wood Decatur, Texas for routine maintenance. Our professional Service Advisor Mr. Bryan Stanley greeted me by Name, smile and a handshake. We reviewed the items on my list and I w maintenance. Our professional Service Advisor Mr. Bryan Stanley greeted me by Name, smile and a handshake. We reviewed the items on my list and I was off. After carefully resurfacing our front brake rotors, tightening up the emergency brake pedal, performing an Oil, Filter and Tire Rotation, our car was washed and made ready for pickup. Mr. Stanley called me to advise she was ready to go. I enjoy the personal service we receive at James Wood, Decatur, Texas. More
