They had my truck (warranty) for almost 30 days after making an appointment. They replaced the turbocharger. They ended up removing the cab of the truck because of broken bolts. They told me that all making an appointment. They replaced the turbocharger. They ended up removing the cab of the truck because of broken bolts. They told me that all work would be detailed on the invoice. When I recieved the invoice it said they had r & rd the turbocharger. No mention of additional repairs made or procedures. Service advisor got bowed up at me when I was at cashier paying me. All I wanted was a record of what was done. I will take my family's business elsewhere. Too bad. More

Appointment was for a windshield repair from a rock chip. Car was there pretty much all day. The “repair” itself is little to be desired. It looks the same. Other than seeing a small drill out section in the Car was there pretty much all day. The “repair” itself is little to be desired. It looks the same. Other than seeing a small drill out section in the center of it, I’d not have known it’s been “repaired”. As is, I’m having issues when the sun hits it just right and causes a glare. This is not a service I will be returning to the dealership for. Safelite has now repaired a different rock chip, which was larger, and is almost invisible now. More
