On the day I chose the have our Equinox serviced I was not able to be one of the first in line - I did not get there until after 9:00am. Zack Rhine let me know the wait would be long and offered to get m not able to be one of the first in line - I did not get there until after 9:00am. Zack Rhine let me know the wait would be long and offered to get me a ride home and bring me back when it was ready. One of the "chase" drivers, Leonard Shelton, was my driver both ways.
