This was a terrible experience, I tried to get a tire that was under manufacturer and extended warranty replaced. After 4 days of no call or information I called the dealership service advisor, he was ru that was under manufacturer and extended warranty replaced. After 4 days of no call or information I called the dealership service advisor, he was rude and miss informed. He then told me that the mileage was over (it was not) and could not be covered. I would have to buy new tires. I ended up getting Discount Tire to take care of it No problem! They took care of contacting Good Year and ALLY getting me tire refund of $250. None of this was justified, there are redundancy’s so this doesn’t happen: 1) They scanned the mileage on the trucks OBD2, 2) Wrote a work order with my contact information 3) GM sold me the truck and warranty (factory tires) tire defect not damage More

Service was great and the customer service was exceptional! I dropped my vahicle off early and it was out 4 hours after my scheduled appointment even with them haveing to replace a defective part exceptional!
