I had a very bad service experience at this dealership. I live 2000 miles from Denton. I was on a road trip visiting my son, and my 2024 Sierra 1500 came due for an oil change and fuel filter. I arrived on Thursday, having called ahead and made a service appointment for Friday afternoon. I'm only here for the weekend. I dropped off the truck, and I thought everything was fine after I picked it up a couple of hours later. But that evening, as I scrolled through the menus I noticed that the fuel filter was at 6% - where it was when I dropped it off. I looked at the invoice, and they charged me for it. I don't know if they did it and forgot to re-set the service indicator or if they charged me and didn't do it. I have a diesel, and my dealer at home tops off my DEF every time I take it in for service. They did not do that. Of course, by the time I noticed all of this they were closed on Friday. I tried to call the dealer to day to talk to any manager, because I leave to drive home on Monday and I wanted to at least let them know. The lady who answered the phone was nice, but there was no one to talk to me, and no one called me back by the time they closed. Basically, I think they took me for granted and didn't care at all because they figured I was from out of state and it didn't matter. If I were you, I'd avoid this dealer. My experience speaks poorly of them. I think that they are big enough that they don't really care about their customers. More
