I appreciate the ease of the vehicle loan program while repairs were made to my vehicle. My vehicle was having check engine lights for admissions systems. I’d also asked that they figure out why my truck w repairs were made to my vehicle. My vehicle was having check engine lights for admissions systems. I’d also asked that they figure out why my truck was having a slow start. They replaced the battery and a visit before they replace the battery cable. My truck is still starting and slow. I was told we would have to make another appointment to determine the issue. I wish this had been completed while Jameswood had my vehicle for almost 2 months. More

James Wood Decature service department is horrible. I reached out to Krystal who never followed up, called or reached out once with any status. Finally, after being completely frustrated I spoke to the GM. He was the only person who did exactly what he said he would do. Then after being returned back to Krystal, it was exactly the same. No communication and never once delivered as promised. More

Took freaking FOREVER! !!!! I let the service advisor know when I showed up that I would be waiting thinking it shouldn't take long for an oil change & software update. Boy !!!! At that point he could’ve told me what the wait was looking like so I could make other plans, but he didn’t… I had to ask after waiting for two hours when my truck would be ready and was told it would take another hour and a half for the recall/update. Again, after waiting another two more hours I text’d the service advisor asking how long it would be and didn’t even get a response back. I will say my truck was ready 5 minutes after I sent the text so maybe that’s why he didn’t respond, but after waiting that long a response would’ve been a nice courtesy. Or a courtesy wash…. More
