Sched appt. for "Chk Engine" light on 2024 Corvette. Took car back for diagnosis on May 6. Called Service dept 5 times... on May 9. no response. No rtn call, ca for "Chk Engine" light on 2024 Corvette. Took car back for diagnosis on May 6. Called Service dept 5 times... on May 9. no response. No rtn call, car not found on Saturday May 10. Was called on Monday 5/12. "Chk Engine" light was for computer "Update". When I went to retrieve the car, it wasn't with the other Corvettes in the "Lane" with the other premium cars, it was found outside, Engine bay appeared to have been left outside for several days. Not a good representation of quality service. Calls not answered or returned with any progress report. This is not my first Corvette, or my first new Chevy. Not necessarily a great experience. Shawn Howe was not available on the service desk to smooth the ripples. Feel free to call. More

Went to have service and some repair but picked up truck and the screen on radio was left disconnected. Being 5:30 there was nobody there to fix it or even my service tech was gone already so had to make an and the screen on radio was left disconnected. Being 5:30 there was nobody there to fix it or even my service tech was gone already so had to make another trip the next day to get a simple thing fixed. This was after I had gone in for a service previous time where tire sensors were supposed to be fixed and they were not service tech said they forgot to do it. So this has been 2 times I have had bad service when going in for a repair or a simple oil / filter change More

Cost 2700 to fix my 2015 GMC 2500 for 2 kohl’s two centers and they took off death tank that was not needed and then truck stopped. I set up an appointment with Shawn earlier in the week. Showed up on time and he took it from there. Took care of what needed to be done - oil change and tire rotation.
