We were very disappointed that parts needed for our repair had to come from Korea and the service man was unable to give us an ECD except that it would be a long time (repeated several times). This is the second Hyundai we have bought from James Wood and the inability to give us a time the repair would take will be a major factor in whether we will purchase another Hyundai from James Wood.
