Horrible customer service. Scheduled appointment to get an additional key made for my truck that I purchased at this dealership. They stated 2 hours max to get the key made. 4. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!! More

Check out was rude when told points were being used for part of payment. First time using GM points and didn’t know how they worked or how to use them for service, could of been a little nicer with explain part of payment. Zach was able to get my car in quick and check out all I mentioned as an issue. Clay found the probably and fortunately the parts were under warranty. They also made me aware of some other minor issues and mentioned as an issue. Clay found the probably and fortunately the parts were under warranty.
