I have never bought a pre-owned vehicle. But everyone at the dealership made me so comfortable and was so helpful. I already knew which vehicle I wanted. Lanny Loescher was my salesman & we bonded immediately. They offered me a fair price on my trade-in and got me a lower interest rate. Lanny also walked me through the changes that have been made over the years (I had a 2016 Enclave previously). I have been buying vehicles from James Woods Motors since the 1990s. I have never had a problem with sales, service, or staff. Highly recommended! More
