I had ordered an AT4 from another dealer, and was giving up on waiting on it to deliver, so I made a call to James Wood, and got a fellow named Rocco within a few seconds. I asked if they had any in stock, up on waiting on it to deliver, so I made a call to James Wood, and got a fellow named Rocco within a few seconds. I asked if they had any in stock, and they did, in which I said I would be there that evening to pick up. The experience was VERY easy and exciting, and it was effortless at that. I was taken back to look at the vehicle, and by the time the paperwork was done (less that 15 minutes) the truck was ready to go. Very inviting group of folks, and I will definitely be back for more. Prior to ordering with Karen @ James Wood, I called 17 dealersh I’m particular, Sales Consultant Karen Pattison is an extraordinary sales individual. Prior to ordering with Karen @ James Wood, I called 17 dealerships in Texas looking for a Tahoe. Karen was the only individual to take the time and explain the process. She convinced me to order to get the exact Tahoe I desired. Along the way she texted or called me every week with an update. Once receiving my Tahoe she explained every detail to me. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Thomas Lynch (our salesman) went out of his way to do anything for us.
