I was from out of state and just happened to drive by James Motor Company and was surprised at the large selection of Mercedes cars on their lot. I immediately did a u turn and drove back to the dealership lot. Driving around the large selection of cars I spotted my dream car the E-Class convertible and knew I could not leave Lexington without having purchased it. So very glad I immediately did the u turn and drove back to the dealership. I had been looking for this car in a specific color for a long time and when I saw it on their lot my heart skipped several beats. I had even asked my local Mercedes dealership in my state to assist me in locating this car in the color I wanted and they never assisted me. David Dunn worked extremely hard in assisting me make the necessary plans to drive back to Lexington to pick up my new car. He offered valuable information on what car rental agencies to use that was located near their dealership when I had to drive back to Lexington to pick up my car. David went above and beyond and even picked me up from the care rental agency to drive me back to James Motor Company to get my new new car. He went over all the functions of the car and even connected my cell phone Bluetooth to the car. He wanted to make sure I was familiar with all the functions of the car before I drove back home in another state. David really went above and beyond to help me get my dream car.
