Shortly after my purchase, I brought my car in for an unusually strong chemical odor coming from the vents. Eddie and Derrick drove the car to try to pinpoint the source. They kept my car in the service department until they were satisfied that the issue was resolved. Most importantly, Derrick called me each day with updates. Lastly he most recently help expedite a tire situation that I had on our new car and made service possible within hours on a late Saturday afternoon.
