While in the market for a new C300, I requested several quotes on-line from various Kentucky area Mercedes dealers. Some refused to quote me a price by e-mail while others pressured me with repeated phone quotes on-line from various Kentucky area Mercedes dealers. Some refused to quote me a price by e-mail while others pressured me with repeated phone calls in an attempt to earn my business. Because my work travel keeps me quite busy, a competitive quote via e-mail with a prompt and courteous response was key without numerous call hassling me to come into the dealership. I was fortunate to have Tony Brusate of James Motor Company respond to my initial e-mail. He was courteous, professional and above all, patient. I stopped in for numerous times to test drive and look at the car as I debated which color I wanted. Over the course of about 3 months, Tony never pressured me to buy. When I finally narrowed down what I wanted, even though the dealership had to order the vehicle, they upheld their initial fair offer. The process went very smoothly and there was never a pressured sell. I highly recommend James Motors! More

My wife and I just purchased our first Mercedes-Benz over the internet. We found the car online and it was a Certified Pre-Owned. Spending this amount of money without test driving is disconcerting but the f the internet. We found the car online and it was a Certified Pre-Owned. Spending this amount of money without test driving is disconcerting but the fact it was Certified Pre-Owned, had a clean Car-Fax report and the supplemental information provided by the dealer was enough for us to proceed. This dealership is over seven hours away from us, but our salesperson Tony was professional and patient and made the whole process easy. While buying over the internet carries its own set of risks, we would have no problem recommending James Motors. More

Let's face it Lexington, while we only have one mercedes dealership in town, we do have choices. However, I can save you some time and leg work. The best choice by far is James Motor Co. Sure they have lots of choices and can get you pretty much anything you want, but what sets them apart is their people and service. My salesperson Tony Bursate is excellent. I have bought two new Mercedes from him and his sales style is fantastic. He is not pushy and knows what I NEED. The service team knows me and knows my four year old by name. It is always a pleasure to go there. It is a fantastic dealership and run very well. I have also been pleasantly surprised by my service bills. They have been FAR lower than I expected!! Gretchen M. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by David Dunn. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot. I see why he has been a valuable employee for James Motor co for 18 years. Good employees are hard to find. He even stayed late one night in order for us to test drive the car. After we purchased the 320CDl, he walked us thorough all the operating procedures of the car. The credit manager David Baker was very helpful and organized with all the paperwork that needing filling out. Tony is one of those rare sales people who actually listen to you and let you set the pace of the transaction. He heard my concerns, offered his suggestions, and let me decide.....Watch out though once you are ready to pull the trigger because he immediately starts working hard to get everything done for you and make it an enjoyable process. On my second visit to the dealership, I picked a bright red C-300. The next thing I know Tony is having the car prepped for me, including a full tank of gas. While I was in the finance office signing papers, he came in and asked for my cell phone. My son, who loves anything high tech, went with Tony and they set up the bluetooth thing with the car and my phone. I was very happy with Tony Brusate and James Motors. Having dealt with Tony twice now, I know I will want to deal only with him from now on. He treated me very well and has proven to be trustworthy. I have had somewhere around 30 cars in my life, so I know a good experience when I have one. I am a person who absolutely dreads purchasing an automobile. During the process he was extremely professional (he was very helpful, he was very patient, he answered all questions, and he gave us total attention during our visits/conversations. At the closing for the automobile,we expressed our complete appreciation for the professional manner in which we were treated. The transaction with all employees that we were in contact with at James Motor Company was very pleasant, a surprise for someone who dreads the process of purchasing an automobile.
