I was very hesitant to buy a car from out of town. Lexington is a distance from us and we've had bad experiences driving distances to see/ buy a car before. But I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole transaction went. The Acura we came to look at was everything as nice as Tony, our salesperson, said it would be. The financing went smoothly and the dealership was able to beat my bank's rates, And though I kept expecting something to go wrong, nothing did. My wife agreed that it was the smoothest car purchase we have ever made. We are more than pleased and will shop James Motors again. More

When I saw online that the used car I wanted was at a Mercedes Benz dealership, I was a bit intimidated. Those cars are out of my league and I was not sure how I would be treated buying a lowly used car Mercedes Benz dealership, I was a bit intimidated. My first contact with James Motor Company was when I called to ask about the car since there was no photo of it online. I was connected to Vicky, who tried to help but I don't think she is in the sales department and so she connected me to Tony. He had taken the car in trade and could answer my questions. It sounded like a nice car so I decided to go look at it. When I got to the store I met both Vicky and Tony who was waiting to help me. I was still feeling a little out of place but when I was greeted with a smile by not one but two people, I felt more comfortable. I spent a little bit of time that day as I test drove the car. A few days later, I came back in to "borrow" the car in order to have it checked out independently. When I arrived, the car had been parked at the front of the lot and Tony had everything ready for me. The next day I came in and spent some time closing the deal. My final encounter was with Jessica in finance. She was ever so friendly and made the process light with her sense of humor. Every single person I spoke to at this dealership was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. Where do I begin, for starters we live in the central Florida area and were in the market for a used vehicle ( 2007 - 2010 Ford Expedition EL Limited ). We found one, a 2009, on the internet at James Mot Florida area and were in the market for a used vehicle ( 2007 - 2010 Ford Expedition EL Limited ). We found one, a 2009, on the internet at James Motor Company and gave them a call. In my 30 years of buying cars and trucks, I have never been treated with such warmth, welcome and professionalism from a dealership and especially a car salesman. Scott Stoess at James Motor Company made my wife and I feel as though we were buying a brand new Mercedes Benz from a dealership minutes away from our home. Scott actually called me from the Expedition while on the road to ask if I had any questions. His honesty was the biggest seller, he began to tell me of the one area ( a small dent on the rear quarter panel ) that he considered to be the only problem spot on the vehicle, pulled over, got out and took a picture with his cell phone and sent it to me the moment he took it. My wife and I flew to Kentucky, our plane arrived 30 minutes before the dealership closed. Scott was there at the airport waiting for us in an MB ML350, took us back to the dealership ( after it was officially closed ) gave us a small tour, gave us a brief history on the condition of the SUV we were buying and how they came about it, asked if we had any questions... then and only then did he begin to process our transaction. So... I guess what I am trying to say is, would I recommend this dealership, DEFINITELY !!! When my wife retires in a few years, we'll be back for an E63 AMG !!!! More
